Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website mackay-academy.com (the "Website"), registration for our free events and enrollment in the Mackay Academy training programs (the "Program"). The Website and the Program are offered by Groupe Mackay inc., operating as Mackay Academy ("Mackay Academy", "we", "us"), 225, 25e Avenue, Lachine (Québec) H8S 3X2, Canada.
By using the Website, registering for an event or enrolling in the Program, you (the "Client") accept these Terms.
The Program
Mackay Academy offers online training and coaching for real estate agents and brokers, based on the systems used by Groupe Mackay. Depending on the option chosen at enrollment, the Program may include:
- access to the online training (17 sections, 56 modules);
- group workshops and expert workshops;
- one-on-one coaching sessions with a coach or with François Mackay;
- templates and tools used by Groupe Mackay;
- access to a private online community;
- a certification issued upon completion of the training.
The exact content, duration and price of the option chosen by the Client are those confirmed in the order form, invoice or written agreement provided at enrollment (the "Order"). If the Order and these Terms differ, the Order prevails.
Eligibility
The Program is intended for real estate professionals and for people who plan to become one. The Program is delivered in English only. The Client must be at least 18 years old.
Enrollment and payment
- Enrollment is confirmed once the Order is accepted and the first payment is received.
- Prices are in the currency stated in the Order and exclude applicable taxes, which are added to the price.
- Payment may be made in one payment or in installments, as stated in the Order. Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Stripe.
- If an installment is not paid on its due date, Mackay Academy may suspend access to the Program until payment is received. Installments remain due even if the Client stops using the Program, except where the 120-day money-back guarantee applies.
Duration and access
Unless the Order states otherwise, access to the Program lasts 12 months from the date of enrollment. Access is personal to the Client and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Mackay Academy may suspend or close an account that is shared with another person.
120-day money-back guarantee
When the Order states that the Client's option includes the 120-day money-back guarantee, Mackay Academy will refund the amounts paid for the Program if the Client has not generated any return on investment within 120 days of enrollment, subject to all of the following conditions:
- the Client completed the onboarding call within the first 14 days after enrollment;
- the Client completed all the courses of the training within the 120 days;
- the Client attended the coaching sessions and group workshops scheduled during the 120 days;
- the Client applied the methods taught and can provide reasonable proof of it, such as activity reports, advertising campaigns, CRM records or presentations used;
- the Client sends a written refund request to contact@mackay-academy.com within 14 days after the end of the 120-day period.
"Return on investment" means gross commissions earned by the Client during the 120 days that are equal to or greater than the amount paid for the Program. Options that do not include the guarantee in the Order are not refundable. Except under this guarantee or where the law requires it, amounts paid are not refundable.
